I like this, there is definitely an expectation of privacy when it comes to these situations.
A reasonable user would expect privacy in their own cold storage ftp account. Just like a renter would expect privacy in their own bathroom.
Charityhost has a privacy policy on their site but it does not mention access to user uploaded files. Which would make "reasonable expectation of privacy" rules apply.
